Welcome back to all our athletes and WELCOME to all those new to LAA, we hope you hae as much fun as we do! AUTUMN TERM DATES LAA fees are for all term time training. This includes all half term training in October, Febraury and May. These sessions are at 6.30pm start times and all athletes are welcome to attend both the Monday and Wednesday as part of their fees. Quadrathlon 2026
LAA QUADRATHLON 13th September 2026 Edmondscote track KS2 children (as of June 26) LAA is organising a Quadrathlon & Para 50m on Sunday 13th September at Edmondscote track for any children in the community in KS2. Heads Up For Summer '26
The information in this update explains; how athletes can train over summer (open to non-members), details on booking summer camp (recep-Yr8) and a brief report on recent performances by athletes from LAA. May Half Term 2026
MAY HALF TERM TRAINING We still run sessions in half terms but this one has a Bank Holiday Monday , so only Wednesday is available to all athletes for training. Track Season Is Underway
NB: There is no coached training session on Bank Holiday Monday. This weekend sees the start of the Youth Development League (YDL) for U14 & U16 athletes, where our athletes will compete as a team, against other clubs in the league. End of Term Activities and Opportunities for Young Athletes at LAA
Easter Break and Camp LAA will be closed over the Easter holiday and will reopen on Monday, 13th April. To help our young athletes aged 5-11 years old stay active during the break, the club is offering an Easter Camp with two start times to suit different schedules. Early Bird Start : For the first time, the camp will begin at 8.30am Regular Day Camp : The usual camp hours run from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
