One of the most common concerns for parents is how to prevent and manage sports injuries. These injuries can affect a child’s growth, confidence, and enjoyment of sport. Fun In The Cold at Edmonscote Athletics Track
With the winter come a few changes at club. Track Tots no longer train, the car park is smaller and we no longer do the jumps and throws, as it is just too cold to stand around.
