Lets take a moment and recognise some increadible crosscountry action over the last few weeks.

With the winter come a few changes at club. Track Tots no longer train, the car park is smaller and we no longer do the jumps and throws, as it is just too cold to stand around. We take this opportunity to get athletes fit, stronger and faster. We have new running schedules and lots of conditioning workouts... TIME TO GET STRONGER!
