LAA QUADRATHLON

Edmondscote track
KS2 children (as of June 26)
LAA is organising a Quadrathlon & Para 50m on Sunday 13th September at Edmondscote track for any children in the community in KS2.
WHAT IS A QUADRATHLON?
Open to anyone, this competition gives young children a chance to compete in a multi-event format involving running , jumping and throwing. Points are awarded for each performance, then totalled to find your overall result.
With podium medals for Quadrathlon 1st , 2nd and 3rd, glitter paints and Teddy Toddler races, we hope to make it a memorable day for everyone.
AGE GROUP & ENTRY
School year as of June 2026.
U10 (school year 3/4)
U12 (school year 5/6)
You will need to create a login on the competition platform www.Entry4sports.co.uk and then you can enter the event and pay through their site.
PARA Sprint (50m)
We have a 50m Para sprint for ambulant, frame and chair (KS1 or KS2).
No classification needed, this is a participation race and an opportunity to race on track with other disabled children and aim for the biggest cheer of the day
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Maybe bring your deckchairs as seating is minimal. Hopefully umberella's are not required but they also help create shade of the sun is out.
Athletes can wear anything that makes them feel invincible! (no spikes)
Bring snacks and bottles (to refill at water station).
PARKING
There is a lot of space for parking at track location if the ground is dry and you get there early.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON RIVER CLOSE it is RESIDENTS PARKING ONLY.
There will be lots more parking available on Elizabeth Park (all at owners risk).
Follow signs.
