11th October:​

     Edmondscote Athletics Track

     10:15am - 11:15am​.

Arrival Time 

Please arrive 5-10 mins early to check in. The session will commence at 10:15am and finish at 11:15am

Kit

Trainers or spikes are permitted for track. It can be chilly, so bring extra layers just incase. We will continue throughout rain and snow!

Spectators

You must stay at the track for the whole duration of the run club, There is a seating area next to the clubhouse.

​

Refreshments 

We will be providing a coffe van with refreshments.

​

First Aid

First aid is available - please speak with any LAA team member or Everyone Active staff

 

Toilets

Toilets can be found inside the club house.
