Edmondscote Athletics Track

   10:15am - 11:15am​.

Limited numbers

Arrival Time 

Simply arrive 5-10 mins early to check in. The session will commence at 10:15am and finish at 11:15am

Spectators

Parents/guardians MUST STAY at the track for the whole duration of the run club, There is a seating area next to the clubhouse.​

Kit

Trainers or spikes are permitted for the track sessions. It can be chilly, so bring extra layers just incase. We will continue throughout rain and snow!

First Aid

First aid is available - please speak with any LAA team member or Everyone Active staff

 

Toilets

Toilets can be found inside the club house.
