Distance: @1300m

Course:  Provisional Route Map TBC by 4.30pm Friday 28th November

Times:​ Year 5 Girls | 09:30

    Year 5 Boys | 09:55

    Year 6 Girls | 10:20

    Year 6 Boys | 10:45​​​

PARKING: Parking is at the drivers discretion

Track parking is for marshals and race referees only. Drivers will need to find suitable parking near the visinity of the track. DO NOT park on RIVER CLOSE, this is residents parking only. Park on nearby roads, at Victoria Park car park or Victoria Park, Adelaide Bridge

The Course: Grassed course around the track

The course is being designed today (29th November) it will be a group start on the track at 1500m mark and then take the runners on a 2 lap grassed course which finishes by the pavilion.

​

No Spikes!

Spikes are not permitted for any runner.  Anyone wearing spikes will be asked to change footwear. If there is no alternative footwear, their result will be listed as Did Not Start. Football boots/studs are permitted.

 

Arrival Time 

Yon can walk the course but it takes 5-7minutes only .We advise you to arrive 25-30 minutes before the start of your race.

Race Etiquette

No pushing or shoving is permitted whilst running and runners may be reported if deemed to have deliberately obstructed another runner from passing them. This may result in the disqualification of a runner.​​

​

Medals & Team Results

Medals are awarded to each age and gender directly after each race. The top three finishers will be presented on a podium. School team results will be announced directly after each race.​

We have the lovely Cliff & Jenny from VolksCafe,  bringing their coffee van. www.volkscafe.co.uk​

 

Spectators

We ask that spectators abide by any instructions given by marshals for their safety and that of the runners. We also ask that all spectators and teachers do not crowd the finishing gazebo.

​

First Aid:

First aid is available by staff from Everyone Active in the reception area.​

 

Toilets:

A variety of toilets are onsite for public use.
