WINTER NIGHTS: It's getting darker and colder at track already. Please send athletes with extra layers.
PARKING: As the ground gets softer they may decide to close the grassed area of the car park, to stop cars getting stuck in the mud. Please park on nearby roads NOT River Close.

SAFEGUARDING
Athletes Leaving Sessions
As the nights get darker we must consider the safety of the athletes leaving and going out to the car park or go home.
5.15pm sessions: parents MUST come in to track to collect them .
6.30pm sessions: parents of year 6 & 7 athletes MUST come in to track to collect them.
This is more challenging with Teen Academy, as some will walk or cycle home, or even text parents to go out to the car park where they are waiting.
So we will be sending a form to parents of TEEN ACADMEY, requesting your consent to either;
a). allow your child to leave the track alone
b). come in to collect your child from track

HALF TERM TRAINING
All are invited
At half term we always have sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays BUT only at 6.30pm.
All LAA athletes are invited to attend both Mondays & Wednesday as part of their term time subscription fees.
School year 2- year 7: 6.30-7.30pm
Teen Academy: 6.30 - 8.00pm.
HALF TERM 2026 Monday 26th October 6.30pm
Wednesday 28th October 6.30pm
