October Half Term Training
During the October half term (27th & 29th), all members can train on either or both days. Those who train at 5.15pm are invited to the 6.30pm session.
Tots/Mini/Junior/U13: Train for 60 minutes.
Teens: Train for 90 minutes.
Track Tots Pause for Winter
We will pause Track Tots subscriptions and hold your place to return in spring.
Eco-Athletes Initiative
In an effort to reduce plastic bottle usage and avoid unnecessary additives, LAA will be holding a MAKE YOUR OWN SPORTS DRINK session at 6.30pm on a week in November.
Bring your own bottle, and we will do the rest!

Looking Ahead
As we move forward, we encourage all athletes to continue pushing their limits. Each record broken is a testament to hard work and dedication.
We are excited to see what the future holds for our club. With more competitions on the horizon, there will be plenty of opportunities to set new records.
