To say thank you for waiting on the waiting list, we bring you Track Taster. An exclusive morning for all those on the Track Tots, Minis, and Junior waiting lists.

The LAA team delivers a fun and active morning of track & field, adapting coaching to each age and each child’s needs.

Whether they love to sprint or run round and round until they drop, we do it all. Or maybe they don't know what they love yet and they just want to explore and give it a go! We coach all the types of throws and do lots of jumping into sandpits and onto high jump beds. We hope to help young athletes build their confidence in a nurturing and supportive environment, and a morning full of sport.
