SEND Athletics Club (Sept 26)
We are delighted to restart our SEND sessions for autumn. Our friendly athletics club is for KS2 children aged 8–11. No formal diagnosis is needed. Sessions are run by trained coaches who help every child enjoy athletics in a truly welcoming and inclusive setting.

About the Event

We offer athletics sessions for KS2 children aged 7–11 with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities. No formal diagnosis is required to attend.
Our trained and supportive coaches understand that children learn and engage in different ways, and they create a safe, inclusive environment to help build confidence, enjoy being active outdoors in the large open space.
It is important that we have a close communication with parents/carers about any specific issues or triggers which we need to be aware, as well as understanding any techniques which parents/carers use to navigate the emotional overwhelm some children feel.
Each child will be treated individually.
Our coach and key deliverer is Nathan Green, who has experience as an inclusion mentor in schools.
