The times of training sessions are shown below. The time and frequency an athlete trains depends on their age.

JOIN THE CLUB

Booking a place for your young athlete provides weekly sessions all year round in all weathers. Athletes are coached in fundamental movement skills and are provided the opportunity to develop technical proficiency in all events. The club provides a supportive, sociable environment and even an opportunity to compete when the athlete is ready.
