We’re putting together a team for our final Heart of England fixture of the year, which takes place at Saffron Lane in Leicester on Sunday, July 31st.
Please note that this is a change of venue from the one currently advertised on the Heart of England website. More exact details will follow nearer the date.
There’s opportunities to compete across all age-groups and disciplines - so
please email competitions@leamingtonathletics.co.uk if you’re interested in signing up.
We are particularly short of U13 boys for this fixture, so if you'd like to improve your PB - or even try something new - and you
can make July 31st, let us know and also help us to earn points for the club.
For U13s and older, it will be javelin - rather than discus - at this fixture.
AGE GROUPS - for Track & Field:
U11 Year 5 = age 9 and above
U13 Year 6/7
U15 Year 8/9
U17 Year 10/11
U20 Year 12/13 or first year at Uni.

Really importantly, we are co-hosts for this match and we have to provide on the day support.
We need adults who can help us on the day and need helpers in a number of areas. You don’t have to be a qualified official - although we’d welcome those too - but you do need to be able to give your time on the day to help out the club. This may be as small as raking a sandpit or giving up 20 or 30 minutes of your time, but you’ll be supported by an official. Our participation in these events rely on the kind help of parents and guardians, so we’d really appreciate your support.
