A great summer of track and field competition for LAA athletes - as a team and individuals. August Bank Holiday weekend saw the second Heart of England meet in Nuneaton and some fabulous performances from all who attended.
We came 5th against some of the top clubs in the league - fantastic given the year we have had. A huge thank you to all who took part and gave their 'all' over the two meets. We are so proud of all of athletes.
But the excitement is not finished yet as we turn our thoughts to winter competition. We have some great opportunities coming up, including
